To increase “stickiness” and drive real change, I design short, focused learning modules before and after live sessions. These ~15-minute microlearning experiences help secure buy-in, level set knowledge, gather feedback, and build interest around the upcoming sessions or previously acquired content.

This approach helps amplify learning by activating prior knowledge, offering spaced repetition, clarifying the "why", and gathering feedback to tailor sessions, making each touchpoint more effective and freeing up time for high-value work.
